Camp Prices & Discounts 2026
The Wooster Soccer Camp continues to be a great value. Each camper receives not only quality soccer instruction, housing, meals, but they also receive a camp t-shirt when they arrive the first day!
Price Options:
$ 540 Pay in full, before March 1st
$ 565 Pay a $200 deposit before March 1st, with $365 balance due in June
$ 570 Pay in full, after March 1st
$ 595 Pay a $200 deposit after March 1st, with $395 balance due in June
Registration within 10 days from start of camp - payment is $600 (cash - Pay at check-in) or $615 if paying with Venmo, Apple Pay, or Zelle. No personal checks are accepted in the last 10 days.
Only payments accepted are: Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, Check, or Money Order
Venmo is accepted but with an additional fee of $10 for payments in full, $5 for $200 deposits
NO credit cards are accepted!
Room Deposit: There is a $25.00 room deposit for all residential campers. It will be collected at check-in (by cash or check in an envelope). On the last day of camp at check-out, you will get your $25.00 deposit back, as long as your room is cleaned up and there are no damages.
Commuter rate: Don’t want to stay overnight. Be a commuter and save money. Take $120.00 off the payment option you fit into. Click on Commuter page above for additional information and registration.
Discounts
Returning Camper Discounts receive $5 off for each year you have been to camp.
Family Discounts are given when you have more than one daughter attending either camp session. Each daughter will each receive a $25 discount.
Team/Group Discounts: a $10 per person discount is available for 6 or more campers. A $20 per person discount is available for 12 - 16 campers. All team members must play/train together at camp and be within our camp age group divisions (5th/6th or 7th/8th)
Team discounts are not retroactive. Team discounts have to be arranged prior to your registration. Team discounts are NOT given after an individual submits their registration.
Steps for Team/Group Discounts:
1.Please contact Kim if you have a team that is interested.
2.A team contact person must be designated. This person will be the communication between Kim and the group.
3.Provide a list of all campers in the team who will attend camp. Make sure this list is complete as NO campers can be added after list is submitted! Based on number, a discount amount will be determined by camp. ONLY campers on initial team list receive team discount.
4.Camp will give team contact a “team discount code”. Contact person will communicate to the team the discount code and amount. The code is ONLY for campers on the list provided.
5.Individual campers from team can NOW register for camp.
6.Team contact person will organize rooming and provide a rooming list to camp (doubles only!). Rooming can be changed if necessary.
7.Team contact person will receive an additional discount if all above steps are followed.
Additional Notes:
Some discounts can not be combined. There is a $40.00 maximum discount that each camper is allowed.
